Vermont League of Cities and Towns
New England Air Systems is nearing completion of the Vermont League of Cities and Towns project at the City Center building in Montpelier, Vermont. This 12,000 sf renovation of office space consisted of removing and replacing supply and return ductwork, installation of 3 new RenewAire energy recovery ventilators, one of which serves the ventilation of a large conference room and the other 2 ERVs will provide bathroom exhaust as well as efficient office ventilation to maintain a high level of indoor air quality while meeting code requirements. The installation of two Panasonic exhaust fans will improve the ventilation needs in two small conference rooms.
Our service department installed all controls and control wiring that was required to provide a fully automatic operation of the HVAC system which included new programmable thermostats. These systems were interconnected to the existing NOVAR central control systems.
After the award of this project, the customer shortened the project schedule by 5 weeks. Even though New England Air Systems’ manpower was already fully scheduled with other ongoing projects, our company’s team players were able to assist with the labor needs for this project in order to satisfy our customer’s shortened project deadline.
