New England Air Systems performed a design build contract including all engineering, design, layout, coordination, piping, plumbing, sheet metal ductwork, insulation, and rigging.

Project Scope

• Installed one 20-ton direct expansion air handler with outdoor condensing unit. System includes variable air volume capability for reduced fan horsepower and energy savings.
• Air system includes fifteen discrete variable air volume comfort zones.
• Ventilation system includes air-to-air heat recovery system that pre-conditions required outdoor air with air exhausted from the building exhaust systems.
• Heating system includes two boilers and two circulating pumps.
• Baseboard radiant heaters surround the perimeter and are controlled by the fifteen zone thermostats.
• Plumbing system includes two restrooms and two sinks.
